Digital Gift Card Terms and Conditions (Washington State)
1. General Information

6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are redeemable exclusively at Luma Earth for eligible products and services.
Gift cards are delivered electronically via email and contain instructions for redemption at checkout.
Under Washington State law, gift cards sold for value do not expire and are not subject to dormancy, inactivity, or service fees. (Washington State Legislature)
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law. Washington residents may request cash redemption for remaining balances under $5. (Washington Attorney General's Office)
Gift cards may not be returned, reloaded, resold, or transferred for value.
Luma Earth is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or unauthorized use of digital gift cards.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
