At Luma Earth, every product is made with care using clean, natural ingredients and packaged in glass for safety and sustainability. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Because skincare is a personal-use product, our policy balances customer satisfaction, hygiene standards, and responsible small-business operations.
Return
We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Product must be unused
Must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Photo of the item and packaging
We will replace the product or issue a full refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Purchase)
If your first Luma Earth product doesn’t work for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We may offer:
Store credit
Product exchange
Partial refund
Limit one satisfaction-guarantee claim per customer.
Bundles
Bundles are discounted sets and must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund.
Bundle policy:
Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately
All items must be unused
Refunds will reflect the bundle purchase price, not individual item value
If one product in a bundle arrives damaged, we will replace that item.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders can be modified, skipped, or canceled anytime before the next billing date.
Once a subscription order has shipped:
It is treated like a standard order
Used products cannot be returned
Subscription discounts apply only to active subscription orders and cannot be applied retroactively.
