Where Is My Order?

We know you’re excited to receive your Luma Earth products. Here’s how to check your order status and shipping progress.

Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

You can:

  • Click the tracking link in the email

  • View real-time updates from the shipping carrier

  • Check your order history if you created an account at checkout

Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

3–5 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order shipped.

During launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may take longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Regional deliveries: 2–5 business days

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

If Your Tracking Says “Label Created”

This means your package is prepared and awaiting carrier pickup.

Tracking updates usually begin within 24 hours of pickup.

If Tracking Hasn’t Updated

Sometimes carriers experience scanning delays. If tracking hasn’t updated for 3 business days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see your package:

Check:

  • Around your delivery area

  • With household members

  • With neighbors or building management

Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early.

If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 5 days of the delivery notice.
